Policies

A few things to know before you CLΛSS.

We created CLASS to be a place where you can move, breathe, connect, and feel at home. Our policies are here to keep things running smoothly, create a great experience for everyone, and protect the community we’re building together.

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following before your first class.

Studio Conduct Policy

CLASS is a welcoming space for everyone. We ask that all clients treat instructors, staff, and fellow members with kindness and respect. Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the studio or termination of membership.

CLASS Membership Policy

By purchasing a CLASS membership, you agree to the following terms:

  • Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis to the payment method on file.
  • Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
  • Memberships provide access to regularly scheduled CLASS classes, subject to availability and class capacity.
  • Classes must be reserved in advance through our booking system.
  • Our standard cancellation and no-show policies apply to all membership reservations.
  • Memberships may be canceled according to the cancellation terms associated with your specific membership.
  • Membership payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • CLASS reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, and offerings as needed.
  • By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and CLASS studio policies.
Booking Your Class

Classes must be reserved in advance through CLASS’s booking platform.

Your membership or class package does not guarantee a spot in a specific class. Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

We recommend booking ahead, especially for popular class times.

Please make sure you are booking under your own account and arrive a few minutes early so you have time to get settled.

Cancellation Policy

We get it, plans change!

You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 8 hours before class without penalty.

Cancellations made within 8 hours of class are considered a late cancellation.

Late cancellations will not result in the loss of the class credit associated with the reservation but a $10 late-cancellation fee will apply.

No-Show Policy

If you reserve a spot and do not attend, your reservation will be considered a no-show.

For class-pack and credit-based bookings, the class credit will be forfeited.

For unlimited members, a $22 no-show fee will be charged.

Please cancel your reservation through Arketa if you can no longer attend.

Waitlist Policy

If a class is full, you may join the waitlist through Arketa.

If a spot becomes available, you will be notified via email that a spot has opened in the class and you will have to manually sign up.

Once you are added to the class, our regular cancellation and no-show policies apply.

Please keep an eye on your email/app notifications so you know if you’ve been notified about an open spot.

Late Arrivals

We love seeing you, but we also want to keep classes safe and uninterrupted.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class whenever possible.

Once class has started, late entry may not be permitted depending on the class, instructor, and circumstances. This is especially important for safety and for avoiding disruption to the rest of the room.

If you arrive too late to safely participate, your reservation may be treated as a late cancellation.

Phone Policy

Be here. Be present.

We ask that phones stay on silent and off the studio floor during class so you can fully disconnect and be present in your movement. Need to be reachable? If you’re on call or expecting an important call, you’re welcome to keep your phone with you. Please keep it on silent and step outside the studio to take any calls.

Please also refrain from taking photos or videos during class unless approved by your instructor.

Move. Breathe. Be here.

Photography & Media Policy

By attending CLASS, you acknowledge that photography and video may occasionally take place in the studio for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, please notify a CLASS team member before class.

Personal Belongings

Please bring only what you need into the studio and keep personal belongings in the designated areas.

CLASS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Please double-check your space before leaving; especially for water bottles, jewelry, phones, and keys.

Health & Safety

Your safety is our priority.

Please let your instructor know before class if you have an injury, physical limitation, or anything else that may affect your ability to participate.

Our instructors are here to offer modifications and guidance, but they are not medical professionals and cannot diagnose or treat injuries or medical conditions.

Listen to your body. If something doesn’t feel right, stop and let your instructor know.

You are responsible for determining whether participation in a class is appropriate for you. If you have questions about whether exercise is appropriate for your individual circumstances, please consult your healthcare provider before participating.

Participation & Waiver

Participation in CLASS classes and activities involves physical movement and exercise and carries inherent risks.

By participating, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in physical activity and agree to follow instructor guidance and studio safety policies.

All participants must complete CLASS’s required waiver and release prior to participating in classes.

Parents or legal guardians must complete any required documentation for participants under the age of 18.

Age Requirement

Regular CLASS classes are available to participants 15 years of age and older.

From time to time, CLASS may offer special events, workshops, or community events that are open to younger participants. Any age requirements for these events will be clearly stated at the time of registration. Participants under 18 may be required to have a parent or legal guardian complete any required waiver or consent forms prior to participation.

For questions about age requirements for a specific class or event, please reach out to the CLASS team.

Sock & Footwear Policy

Move how you feel best.

For mat-based classes, you are welcome to practice barefoot or in grip socks—whatever feels most comfortable and supportive for your movement.

Regular socks are not recommended on CLASS mats, as they can be slippery and may affect your stability during class.

Please remove shoes before stepping onto your mat and help us keep the studio clean by keeping outdoor footwear off the practice area. Indoor gym shoes can be used for strength classes.

CLASS mats are cleaned and sanitized regularly between classes.

Barefoot, grip socks, your choice.

Accessibility & Accommodations

CLASS wants everyone to feel welcome and comfortable in our space.

If you have an accessibility need or require accommodation to participate in a class, please reach out to us before your visit whenever possible so we can do our best to support you.

We are happy to answer questions about our space, classes, and available modifications.

Guests & Sharing

Memberships, class passes, and packages are intended for the individual account holder and may not be shared.

If you’d like to bring a friend, please have them create their own CLASS account and reserve their own spot.

Guest passes and promotional offers are subject to their individual terms.

Respect the Space

CLASS is a community.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, or conduct that makes another member or team member feel unsafe or unwelcome.

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove a participant from the studio when necessary to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
