Co-Founder

Allie Adinolfi wants everyone who walks into her class to feel what she felt the day she met her three future CLASS partners: pure electricity. “It’s not just about a wellness journey,” she says. “It’s an attainable way of life, and how do we not share this feeling? It’s like bottled up sunshine.”

A classically trained competitive dancer for 23 years and later a dance teacher, Allie brings musicality into everything she teaches. Her classes are inclusive, high-energy, and built around the idea that cardio doesn’t have to mean staring at a treadmill. “My classes are a flat-out vibe,” she says. Students leave feeling accomplished, like they just spent an hour dancing with their friends rather than working out. As one of her own students put it, “the vibe was so great I forgot I was working out.”

Allie is Step certified (with her certification underway) and was one of the youngest women ever to win the Tap Dance Olympics in Germany, a title that still shows up in the way she moves through a room.

Outside CLASS, Allie is a mom of four, ages 13, 10, and five-year-old twins, and has lived near the ocean her whole life. She spent eight years teaching second and third grade in the New Haven Public School district before spending the last nine years running her own container gardening and exterior decor business. She’s a die-hard 90s R&B and hip-hop fan, a sucker for a good dad joke, and has an undeniable sweet tooth.
