Hannah Gray
Co-Founder
Hannah joins the CLASS team with a love for teaching, movement, and fitness. Her background is deeply rooted in customer service and creating memorable experiences, while athletics have always been an important part of her life. She has practiced Pilates and yoga since her early twenties, using both practices to support her long-distance running and weight training.
In 2026, Hannah began training at a local reformer studio, which opened her eyes to the world of teaching Pilates. She has since logged over 150 hours of Pilates reformer teaching and has continued her education through Balanced Body certifications and one-on-one training with experienced instructors. Understanding classical Pilates principles and the anatomy of the body are foundational to her teaching.
Hannah brings an intentional pace and energy to her classes, paired with carefully curated playlists. Expect throwbacks, girly pop bops, and a hint of trap music.
Over the next year, Hannah plans to continue expanding her certifications, including completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training and barre training. When she’s not in the studio, you can find her bartending at Alforno in Old Saybrook, out on a long-distance run, or planning her next adventure. She has a passion for travel and hopes to eventually bring retreats to the CLASS community.
